Penalty Charges: How to claim your money back from your bank, credit card and store card companies. I love spreading thetruth, especially when I feel there has been an injustice commited. I recently became aware that we are entitled to reclaim our bank charges from as far back as 6 years ago. Apparantly it's illegal for the banks to charge us in this way! Did you know that?
