* Confidentiality: Everything we discuss will remain strictly CONFIDENTIAL. Since I conduct myself and my work with the utmost respect, discretion and integrity I promise that NOTHING you say will ever be disclosed to anyone at any time. I work with many important clients and celebrities who all trust me completely, so please rest assured that your secrets are safe with me (and that you are definitely in good company!)
* Postage: I usually send products, especially confidential taped recordings of our sessions, by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery.
* Waiting List: During certain busy periods in my schedule you will be offered a place on my waiting list. We will do the best that we can to make sure that you are seen as soon as possible but please be aware that this may require your patience as waiting periods can sometimes be as long as a couple of months. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
* Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice otherwise the full fee will be charged.
* Note: If you contact me for a reading and are trying to "test" me, please know that you're reading will be inaccurate. Tarot cards and psychic readings are not confined to time and space as we are. A session with me may not answer your questions, but it will always give you important information related to your current issue or situation,which you can sometimes, later verify as being true. I believe that Tarot is used to give insight but you have God given free will to make your own choices. I will not be responsible for any decisions you make based on my readings. You must take responsibllity for your own words, thoughts and actions as a result of having had a session with me.

Phone Readings:
New from 2008 onwards; Due to certain complications and inconveniences last year I have to ask that you please send in your payment BEFORE your session in order confirm your booking. Non payment before a phone reading session will result in a cancelled booking and you will still be charged the full booking fee if you cancel a session giving less than the required 24 hours notice.
Sorry for the formality but certain individuals were not respectful last year so I hope that you understand. Most of my clients are thankfully lovely angelic beings so if you're one of my angels I apologise but hope you understand the necessity of the above note. Thank you!

Legal matters : It is recommend that clients seek advice from a solicitor/ lawyer
Medical questions : the client must seek medical advice from a professional
Business questions : the client must seek further advice from a financial adviser
Mental disorders : the client must clarify their condition by taking Professional advice from a health professional
Angelic Creations shall not be held liable for any stress or loss of income caused by any persons or event incurred in the process of providing a service (eg. psychic readings, healing sessions, personal coaching, consultations, workshops or courses) to the clients.
Angelic Creations will not be held responsible for any damages that are the result of using this site.
