Aura-Soma Colour Bottle ReadingsAura-Soma Colour bottle readings are a window to your soul. The choice of colours you pick and the sequence of this choice can tell you a lot about yourself. Tarot & Angel Card Readings
Gain clarity and insight by having a tarot and angel card reading. Normally I would work on looking at the colours in your aura first and then passing on messages from your angels and spirit guides. We would then answer any pressing questions that you may have by working with the tarot and angel cards. My readings are always flexible which means that I may also offer you other creative solutions to your problems. This will depend on what your guides want you to know at the time. My intention is that you leave a session feeling lighter, happier and clearer, having gained a different perspective on your issue, and feeling the love and support of your spirit guides, angels and the divine.
£50 (1 hour)
Tapes are available, at £1 each, if you choose to have a recording of your session.
Also available as a phone reading. There is an additional charge for P&P if you choose to have your session tape recorded and sent to you afterwards.
* I want you to be happy, and I think it's important that neither of us waste our time, energy or money! Therefore it is important that you tell me if you feel uncomfortable with me in any way, within the first 5 minutes of the reading. There is nothing wrong with this, it may just mean that our energies are not compatible at the time. This is a very rare occurance but I feel it's important to mention anyway.
Healing Breathwork
A powerful breathing technique that literally breathes blocks out of your body! This is one of the most powerful techniques that I have ever experienced. After my first explosive experience of Breathwork I was so impressed that I decided to immediately train up to become a practitioner. I feel that it is such a gift to be able to release old wounds and invite in pure bliss in this way, through the breath and in such a sacred space. I really encourage you to try it if it feels right for you. However please know that this is an incredibly powerful process and there is no way you or I can predict what will come up for you on each inner journey! Listen to your heart to know if Breathwork is the right tool for you at this time.
Healing Breathwork is a breathing technique that uses a circular breath pattern to access stored emotions that are locked in your cellulor memory. It bypasses your consious mind to reach your subconsciousness in order to get to the root of your whatever's blocking you in your life. It is similar to rebirthing however it does not focus specifically on recreating the birth experience, rather it encourages freedom of expression and works with the intention of clearing emotional patterns that have blocked you on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
The Healing Breath also uses visualisations to anchor your conscious choice for change.

Reiki/Chakra BalancingPersonal Life Coaching
Personal Coaching is very specific work on any issue that you want to improve in your life. It is done on a regular weekly one-to-one basis (either in person or by phone) and is aimed at guiding and supporting you in making considerable life changes.
As a coach I will help you clarify your goals, develop the attitudes, behaviours and beliefs to help you achieve your goals and focus your energy on the direction of achievement. We can work on any issue such as; manifesting harmonious relationships, career success, financial prosperity, improving health issues, manifesting your dream home, reducing stress and anxiety, getting your project off the ground, increasing self-esteem etc.
In order to gain the maximum benefit from personal coaching a minimum commitment of 2 months (8 sessions) is required. This is to ensure that the foundation for change is set firmly in your consciousness and that you are thoroughly familiar with each of the processes and techniques that we work through together. These tools are yours to take away with you and can then be applied to any area of your life!
FREE introductory session (30mins)

* Postage: I sometimes send products, especially confidential taped recordings of our sessions, by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery.
* Waiting List: During certain busy periods in my schedule you will be offered a place on my waiting list. We will do the best that we can to make sure that you are seen as soon as possible but please be aware that this may require your patience as waiting periods can sometimes be as long as a couple of months.
